Do animals have souls?

All animals are of God as you are of God, as each of you is of God.

Animals do have souls, but they have less free will than humans do, and are programmed to serve a specific purpose. Humans have tendencies and talents, yet are free to use their talents and tendencies as they wish.

Animals do have feelings, emotions, and a sense of dignity, but are more narrowly programmed for their existence upon earth.

Do trees have feelings?

Trees are beings upon your earth as you are and have the qualities of life shared by each and every organism on earth, qualities of being sensitive, sentient and firmly rooted in mother earth, of being introspective and spiritually perceptive.

Trees feel as magnificently as any other creature and indeed feel through the ages, through the comings and goings of the seasons, through the changes and samenesses of their environments.

Through time trees come to understand some of the verities that humans yet grasp for.

Are whales worth saving?

All life is of value, from the simple virus to the great behemoths of the sea. The virus and the parasite also have value, though they are not necessarily worth saving.

The whale, the orangutan, and the eagle are important life forms to you and are worth saving, yet saving for what?

To what end are those magnificent creatures worth saving? To share in the pollution and despoilation of the environment? To participate in brinkmanship, constantly on the verge of being destroyed?

No, the whale alone is not worth saving, but life as a whole is worth cherishing, or nothing is worth saving, nor will be.
