Love yourself also, and see yourself as a unique complex of traits, talents, psychological constructs, and more. You are unique, complex, worthy of understanding and worthy of healing. Attempt always to understand yourself and to heal yourself whenever possible.
God-others-you: you are all co-creators in the kingdom, creating higher and better realities than you can imagine now.
You are a triumvirate, a creative team.

The essential nature of these messages and of your life is that you are love, and as you express love your being shall grow, shall radiate further into God’s kingdom. As you love you shall lighten and expand and thoroughly enjoy life and the lives to follow.
As you judge and condemn, you shall contract, darken, become heavier, be less able to enjoy, to penetrate into God's high kingdom, less able to stay buoyant upon the river of your earthly life.
God is love, the love within that does intensely counsel, care for, guide, and assist.
