Is the Bible the word of God?

All love is here, for the Bible is an account, a narrative of life and principles as espoused by the Christian religion.

As all truths are from God, so the truths in the Bible are from God. But the Bible is not “The Word of God”, for God has no words, no ideas, just love. God only has the desire to love.

What is the value of the Bible?
If studying the Bible increases one’s ability and desire to love, then it is valuable. If studying it makes one less tolerant, if it separates people, it is not as worthwhile.

And thus is the value of the Bible or any other religious tract in people’s lives.

Why does the Bible have so much violence in it?

All love is here also, an important question about the content of the Bible, as it reflects the dreams and visions and fantasies of those who contributed to it, brought it into being.

For the violence of the Bible mirrors the violence of the earth; as the souls on earth accepted violence, so did the souls who contributed to the Bible.

God is not violence, but violence is in the souls of those who do not know God.

Who wrote the Bible?

All love is here the asking of a significant question, for the Bible had no author, no one writer, no one person who composed it. It was composed from the minds of those who believed in its message, its direction, and its need during a difficult historical era.

It was not written; it was given, and interpreted and re-interpreted. It is many different stories with many angles of reflections on God and God's love - it is many different reflections on God and his love.
