Reflect on Dr. Martin Luther King, his message and his contribution to our world.

All love is here, the love of having known a great man, a splendid and radiantly shining soul, one who suffered much, who looked fear straight in the eye and did not flinch, though he was terribly beset, terribly wounded and under fire constantly.

Dr. King spoke eloquently of the power of love, the power of recognizing, using and living with the consciousness of love.

And with love he moved mountains, mountains of racism, of entrenched evil, mountains of hatred waiting to explode, prepared to destroy any who would challenge them.

Because he challenged the forces of destruction with love, they were unable to defend themselves for force was their only way, and when confronted with love, the forces of destruction had no defense - they were helpless, unable to battle back because there was no battle.

The forces of racial hatred awaited battle, prepared constantly for battle and were utterly defenseless against the simple presence and power of love - utterly defenseless.

This is a lesson people yet need to learn, have not yet learned.

Love is a force that is unstoppable, always achieves it's goals, always ascends to the higher range where great purposes and vistas are manifest and waiting.

Such a mountain of love did Dr. King climb, such an achievement he accomplished against overwhelming odds and in the face of great fear, terror, harassment, and great suffering. Magnificent indeed is his soul and his message.
